I had my second hip replaced and you told me you could be of assistance. As I had a long recovery period with my first hip replacement, I thought perhaps I would give you a call and hope to receive a little bit of relief. I did not understand what it was you could do for me, but I thought it could not hurt to give it a try. You came on the 10th day post op, and did your healing. Again, I was a bit skeptical, but thought I would try it. The very next morning I woke up and realized that did not have any more pain. As the day wore on, I kept feeling better - both psychologically and physically. Within 3 days, I was off the walker and using the cane for my walking assistance (the first hip replacement I was on a walker for 6 weeks). This was the same surgeon, same procedure, same hospital and yet, the results were very different. I was playing golf in 6 weeks post op - pain free for the first time in years. My name is Becky and I am 51 years of age. I feel I am at a major cross road in my life. I know that I have been carrying a lot of baggage and pain with me through my life.
