Photos were taken in the early evening of May 18, 2005 in North Scottsdale, AZ (suburb of Phoenix) and appear slightly out of focus but are not ~ you are seeing a light mist which was not apparent to the naked eye but was caught on film; other photos were unaffected. The lights seemed to react to strong emotional states such as laughter and joy.
